Biography
Mr. Caldwell founded Obor Digital in 2002 after over 20 years of experience in technology and software development. Prior to founding Obor, he was the youngest Director of Engineering & Operations for a major all digital network – The Golf Channel. He built and managed the video training facility for NASA’s Space Shuttle Logistics Depot & Maintenance Operation where he developed training programs among his other engineering responsibilities. Mr. Caldwell holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from DeVry University and an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Biography
As Vice President of Government Business, Alan Carson is responsible for sales to all government customers worldwide. Prior to joining Obor Digital, Mr. Carson served as DataPath’s Vice President of Sales as DataPath’s government business grew to over $250M in less than five years. Mr. Carson joined DataPath through the acquisition of Carolina Microwave, Inc which he co-founded. Mr. Carson was an engineer for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc and prior to that he lived in Taipei, Taiwan, where he held various positions with a technology company. Mr. Carson holds a BS in Electrical Engineering.

Biography
Michael Hicks brings over 20 years of experience in the commercial and government broadcast and satellite industry including direct programmatic responsibility for over $500M in support to the DoD in his positions with DataPath, Inc. Mr. Hicks has experience in many areas, particularly system integration, satellite services and equipment manufacturing with a proven track record of achieving both tactical and strategic objectives, on time and under budget. He has program managed over 8,000 hours of development of Computer-Based Interactive Training (CBIT), and Computer-Assisted Instruction (CAI) and over 16,000 hours of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) development and execution. Mr. Hicks has held various management & engineering positions at SkyStream/Tandberg Television, Scientific Atlanta, and PanAmSat Corp/Intelsat.
Jack Jarow, Training Manager/Business Development Manager
Biography
Mr. Jarow has over 14 years of experience designing a developing Web-Based Training (WBT), Computer-Assisted Instruction (CAI), and Instructor-Led Training (ILT). He has also served as Project Lead/Lead Instructional Designer on small, medium, and large WBT development teams, overseeing and participating in over 1200 hours of WBT, CAI, and ILT with Instructional Systems Designers, Graphic Artists, and Web Developers. Mr. Jarrow has Extensive experience designing and developing to SCORM 2004, Navy ILE, and MIL-HBK 29162 standard. He is a current member of the American Society of Training Developers (ASTD) and holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Technology from the University of Central Florida in 1996.

Biography
Trent Davis is a successful entrepreneur and corporate executive with over 35 years of experience in providing technology solutions to the Government. Mr. Davis founded DataPath, Inc. in 1996, serving as its President & CEO until its purchase by the private equity company White Oak Investment Partners in 2004. Prior to DataPath, Mr. Davis was President & CEO of SDS International, a satellite systems integration company which he founded after a long career at Scientific Atlanta. Mr. Davis’ career at Scientific Atlanta spanned 27 years where he held positions in engineering, sales, marketing and executive management. Mr. Davis holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
